Who we are
We are a small business based out of the Phoenix, AZ metro area, who have been helping clients from small, average, garage inventors to  large, established, companies bring their ideas and dreams into reality. We believe everyone deserves the chance to follow their vision and see their project brought to life. There is no project too small. Operating from a home office/Lab, means we do not have the overhead that large companies do. Combining that with over 20 years experience in Mechanical Engineering , design, and manufacturing allows us to provide high quality service at a discounted rate.

3D Mechanical Design
Utilizing the most advanced CAD Engineering Software, we can take the ideas in your head, and mold them into a full 3D CAD Model. This is the basis for conveying your design to potential investors, customers, colleges, or anyone you need to share your vision with. It can then be exported as 3D PDF's, web html's, high resolution renderings, interactive videos, or any other format needed for websites, presentations, or manufacturing.
Design Optimization
Having an idea is great, and it's a start. But having an efficient optimized product ready for manufacturing is better! We can help you take that great idea, and using FEA and CFD analysis, simulate the interaction of your product in the real world. We can then use that data along with our manufacturing experience to suggest ways to make it stronger, lighter, faster, more efficient, and easier and cheaper to manufacture.
Prototyping (3D Printing)
After your product passes the design and engineering phase, it will be ready for prototyping. Using 3D Printing is a fast, cheap, efficient way to have a tangible prototype of your finished product for demonstration, testing, and marketing. We are able to construct via additive manufacturing, utilizing PLA, PETG, ABS, even TPU!
Electronics / automation
In the digital age we are in, more and more items are integrating high tech electronic system into them. We have the ability to add this type of automation to your product if it requires it. We can design custom electronic circuit boards, solder components, program microcontrollers, and much more to ensure your product can compete in todays market.
Marketing material
Weather it's for sales, presentation, or production, having proper documentation is essential. Since your product is in a 3D CAD model format, it's easy for us to create these documents from that model. This can include photo-realistic renderings, assembly manuals, parts list and bill of materials, 3D Exploded diagrams, line drawings, owners manuals, technical documentation, and whatever else you may need.
